The Aileron is our lightweight, tubeless-ready all-road rim — a modern wider profile built to make today's wider road and gravel tires feel right at home. It hits its sweet spot in the 28c to 40c range, which puts it squarely in the zone for endurance road, all-road, and light gravel riding. Lightweight enough for long climbs and stiff enough for hard cornering, the Aileron is the rim for riders who want one wheelset to cover a lot of ground.
Built with Velocity Standard Disc hubs and Sapim Leader spokes. Each Velocity wheel includes our best "rim tape" solution standard. Velotape for tubeless models, Veloplugs for non-tubeless models.
