Shipping
Three Wheels of Magic trike: built to order. The current lead time is shown on the trike page (typically 3 to 6 weeks). Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Some assembly is required, and we walk you through it by phone or video.
f7.9 systems and parts: ship from Virginia, USA. Shipping in the continental USA is around $69 for a complete system and is calculated at checkout for parts. Western Europe is about $225 for a system. For other countries, email us for an estimate before ordering.
All products carry a minimum lead time of 1 to 4 weeks because of additional manufacturing; the product page shows the current figure.
Returns
We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery. Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA, or after 30 days, cannot be refunded.
Items must be new, unused, unaltered, complete, and returned in their original packaging. Please keep all boxes and packing materials until you are sure you are keeping your purchase.
Returns that are not exchanges and are not damaged carry a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours. Original shipping charges are refunded only when items come back in their original packaging.
Batteries: lithium batteries are hazardous materials and cannot go in ordinary boxes. Do not ship a battery yourself; contact us and we will arrange approved packaging and a hazmat shipping label.
Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive and inspect the items.
If something arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, contact us right away; that qualifies for store credit or a cash refund.
