A23 is our tubeless-ready all-arounder — a lightweight, shallow-profile rim that feels right at home on road tarmac, cyclocross courses, and gravel alike. It thrives across a wide tire range, from 23c for road racing up to 35c for gravel days, making it one of the most versatile rims in our lineup. Tight bead tolerances and a proven design mean reliable tubeless setup and a ride quality that rewards long days in the saddle.
Built with Velocity Road Race hubs, Sapim CX-Ray spokes, and an off-center rear rim for improved spoke tension and a stronger, more balanced wheel. Each Velocity wheel includes our best "rim tape" solution standard. Velotape for tubeless models, Veloplugs for non-tubeless models.
